How much does a new-build property presentation cost in 2026?

Renders, video, 360° tours and interactive presentations: what each includes, what affects the price and what to ask before requesting a quote.

Villa Senda: furnished axonometric view with a central courtyard (a Nuvu studio project)

“How much does a render cost?” is a common question. For a property development, the useful question is what needs to be built in 3D and how often that work can be reused. This guide explains what you are paying for.

The main cost: the 3D model

It starts with a model built from the project drawings: façades, layouts, materials and, where required, the surroundings. This takes much of the work. Once the model is ready, additional images and videos can reuse it, with camera setup, lighting and rendering still needed for each output.

Two quotes for “eight images” can therefore cover very different work: one may include modelling three home types, while the other starts with an existing model.

The options

Option What it is for What affects the price
Still images (renders) Property portals, social media, hoardings and brochures Home types, interiors, exteriors and aerial views
Video Social media and launch presentations Duration, camera movement and day/night scenes
360° tour Exploring a show home without building one Number of rooms and home types
Interactive presentation Comparing homes, checking views and requesting information Number of homes, real surroundings, languages and agreed data connections

Compare the scope rather than the image count. A single interior view and a complete development presentation do not require the same model or deliverables.

Our starting prices

Nuvu publishes starting prices excluding VAT:

  • Image package (modelling and three or four images): from €1,900.
  • Launch package (six to twelve images, video and brochure): from €4,900.
  • Interactive presentation: from an individual home (HOME, €4,900) to a complete development in its real surroundings with a dedicated development viewer (SIGNATURE, €15,900; ICON, €21,900).

We confirm the final price after reviewing the drawings and agreeing the scope. See our packages and images and video.

Five questions before accepting a quote

  1. Does it include modelling or only images? Can that model later be reused for a tour or viewer?
  2. How many revision rounds are included? Is the model approved before high-quality rendering?
  3. Are the surroundings modelled or just a background? Ask how the views from each home are represented.
  4. What rights and ongoing costs are included? Confirm delivery formats, usage rights, hosting and any recurring fees in writing.
  5. How are prices and availability updated? Agree who maintains the data and what an update costs.

Plan the whole presentation

Request a quote for what you need to show and sell. Agreeing the 3D model and its scope first helps reuse the work for images, video, tours and an interactive presentation. To discuss your development, tell us about your project.
