What data we process

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email, what you need, the project stage, location, description and details.

Purpose

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare and manage a proposal. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles, and we will not send you marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Retention

As long as needed to handle the enquiry. If no business relationship follows, the data is deleted after 12 months; if it does, it is kept for its duration and the legal retention periods.

Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties. It is processed on our behalf by the providers that host the website and receive the form (Cloudflare) and by the one that sends the email notification to the studio (Google). This may involve transfers to the USA, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [pending]. If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies and storage

This website uses no cookies or analytics, and the form is sent without cookies. The Palm Suites demo stores the rooms you mark as favourites in your browser (local storage), only for that feature.
