You can commission architecture, interior design or both as independent services. Together we define their objectives, scope and deliverables, whether or not you need a 3D presentation afterwards.
If you want to use a specific catalogue
We can develop the interior design using furniture, materials and products from your brands or suppliers and incorporate it into the presentation.

Documentation and questionnaire
We gather the plans, project information and interior design proposal. If you have your own architects and interior designers, we coordinate the required documentation with them. If you have commissioned those services from Nuvu, we start from the design developed with you.
Geometry
We model the building and every home from the plans. First review: checking the geometry against the plans.
Surroundings, materials and styling
We incorporate the project’s surroundings and apply the specified materials, finishes and furniture to the model. If there is no interior design project, we agree the styling options included in the 3D presentation with you.
Images and visual review
We prepare an initial exterior and interior sample to review the materials, lighting and styling with you. Once approved, we produce the images and tours included in your proposal.
Interactive presentation
We integrate images, plans and tours into the viewer alongside the project information. We check navigation and operation on phones and computers before delivery.
Delivery and maintenance
We deliver a presentation ready to share via a link or embed in your website. Hosting, maintenance and information updates are defined in the proposal. If you need a bespoke project website, we can develop it with its own scope and budget.
Which documents are needed
The documents depend on the commissioned service and the project’s stage. For a 3D presentation, we start from the available plans and architectural and interior design specifications. We review anything missing with you before starting.

- Specification of finishes
- List of homes: floor, area, bedrooms, bathrooms, availability and price if shown
- Address and plot
- Photos of the site or surroundings, if available
- Interior design project or furniture catalogue, if available
