What is Nuvu?
Nuvu is a studio specialising in interactive 3D real estate presentations for developers, sales agencies and hotels. We create images, 3D floor plans, 360° tours and web viewers to explore each project. We also offer architecture and interior design as independent services, or work alongside the client’s own teams.
What do you need to get started?
The documents depend on the commissioned service. For a 3D presentation, we review the available plans, location, materials and interior design. We can coordinate with your team or develop the architecture and interior design under a separate scope.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the plan, the number of home types and the views of the building. Before we start, we send you a proposal with a fixed scope and its quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on the project’s size and the commissioned service. The schedule, including reviews, is part of the proposal.
Can I change home prices and availability?
Price and availability updates are included in plans that provide these features.
How many review rounds are included?
One model review and one image review are included per phase. Additional reviews are quoted separately.
In which languages?
In Spanish and English. Other languages can be added as an option.
Where is the presentation hosted?
The presentation remains hosted during the sales period, under the terms agreed in the proposal.
What is Palm Suites?
A demonstration project by the studio: a hotel in Alicante with its real surroundings. Room selection lets you explore the project; it does not confirm bookings.
How can I view the presentation?
Open the presentation via a link in your browser, on your phone or computer, without installing an app. It can be embedded in your website or, if needed, we can create a bespoke project website. Website development is commissioned separately.
Can I commission architecture or interior design on its own?
Yes. You can commission architecture, interior design or both without commissioning a 3D presentation. Together we define each service’s scope and deliverables.
Can you work with my architect or interior designer?
Yes. We develop the 3D presentation from their design and coordinate with your team to incorporate the specified plans, materials, finishes and furniture.
Do the included styles amount to a full interior design project?
The two included styles show the spaces with different styling proposals. A professional interior design project has its own scope and is commissioned separately.
Can you use our furniture and materials catalogue?
Yes. We can incorporate products from your catalogue or chosen brands. We review the references and available documentation to define the scope and budget.
